Youth Mental Health

The Honey Lemon Yoga program supports local secondary school physical education programs to bring an intentional mental health initiative to young people in maintaining good mental health.

The program unfolds over 8 or 10 sessions and participants receive a 500 minute certificate of completion. There are 8 Honey Lemon Yoga for Youth Mental Health stand alone programs to chose from that cover themes related to self confidence, truthfulness and building leadership in challenging circumstances.

The 2017 Honey Lemon Yoga for Youth Mental Health programs are designed to meet the well-being needs of the young people in your academic setting.
