The Honey Lemon Yoga workplace wellness program has brought yoga to professional settings since 2013!

Addressing themes such as focus, clarity and non-violence participants gain an incredible physical work-out right where they need it – at work. Many modern workplaces where staff care for the public or respond to emergency situation, innovate in the high tech industry or are bogged down with corporate policy and change management appreciate the benefits of twice weekly workplace wellness.

The Honey Lemon Yoga workplace wellness program brings a well-being and mindfulness component to the practice and can be scheduled to run twice weekly over 3, 6 or 12 months.

The 2017 Honey Lemon Yoga Workplace Wellness programs are designed to support employers in their Mental Health support strategy for their teams.
